Our Staff

Our service manager, Jim Gass, has over 35 years of experience in all areas of automotive repair.  He’s been with Carrollton Muffler for over 3 years.  Even after owning his own repair shops, he continues to work in the field because that is where his passion lies.  If you ever needed someone to honestly give you a straight answer to your automotive problem, he is your guy.  He will tell you like it is.  You’ll be glad to know that he is working hard for you.

Our lead technician, Joe Reynolds, has been with Carrollton Muffler for 15 years.  He continues to be a hands-on automotive technician and is always lending advice and help on any work within the shop.  If you’ve been a customer for the last 15 years, then Joe has worked on your vehicle, and most likely, still remembers what you need done to your vehicle the moment it’s driven into one of the bays.
